Merry Xmas y'all.

On the menu tonight are, two roast chickens, a roast turkey, a 9kg leg of ham from Melbourne, a salad, two baked pastas, one normal pasta, jelly, heaps of drinks and xmas music to complete the night.

Thank you Chin Kwang, Yuun Tatt, Viv & Steph for the pretty pretty bottle of Davidoff. Don't worry about being belated because I reckon we still owe a lot of people in the group something. Belated is the new in thing. Thanks again! And Steph, Happy 2nd Anniversary! Oh guys btw, Viv hand made a very interesting birthday card. I'll bring it back to Melb.

Had lunch with Bry and Viv today. Picked Viv up and off we to OU. I was on a hunt for work clothes cos I didn't bring any shirts whatsoever back. Btw, I got a call yesterday and I should be starting work soon. Quite half hearted honestly. Mom had to nag at me for almost a week before I got round to doing up my CV. I didn't expect to get this intership so quick cos I was told being an American company, the paperwork would take some time. I guess it's a good thing in a way. Sort of a blessing in disguise. I have nothing planned this summer hol anyway. The only downside to this job is its location. Right smack in the city. Where the peak hour traffic is..INSANE. :( And it's further from home compared to areas like Bangsar or Damansara Heights. Beggars can't be choosers huh? Initially I didn't wanna work cos I thought 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. BAHHHH! And also, the group was suppose to plan a trip to Spore to visit the Singaporeans and another short trip to a beach or somewhere nearby with Di, Zong, Fei, Jason and Popi. Sorry guys. But please do go ahead without me. And Maisy is/was suppose to come down to KL after Xmas. Now I'm hoping that I'd be able to talk my way through to get 26th, 27th and 28th Dec off. If I do, Nek you can still stay with me k? Otherwise you can come 28th, and stay for the weekend then go off to Spore 30th/31st. Still in time for New Years' Eve mah. Can?

Sigh all in the name of experience/exposure. I guess it also serves as a stepping stone for me. For me to experience corporate work. It's supposedly a two months intership but I really hope I'd be able to stop end of Jan/ beginning Feb, in time for CNY. If all else fails, I'd just QUIT, like what my sister told me to do.

So my summer vacation wouldn't be wasted just like that, after all. At least I wouldn't feel unproductive and nothing but a spoilt kid who spends her parents' money. But then again, it's the holidays! Oh well.
